What happens
- You apply. Business name, license number, insurance carrier, and owner details.
- We check. We go to the state licensing board, the Secretary of State and your insurance carrier ourselves. You do not have to dig out a single document — that is the part we take off your plate.
- We score. You receive your Digital Trust Index scorecard showing how easy your business is to find online, and what would move it.
- You're listed. Full public profile, verified badge with the year, and an embeddable TrustLight seal for your own website.
Verification typically takes 10–14 business days, because we wait on state licensing boards and the Secretary of State, and we can't rush them. Growth services are separate and go live in 3 days.

When something does it is almost always a policy that lapsed or a business name that doesn't quite match the state's records, and that is usually sorted out in a day. We call you first, every time.
